Wittdo Cancellation Policy
User Account Cancellation
You may cancel your account by sending an email, your cancellation request may take up to 14 days to process. No refunds will be issued. The minimum subscription Term applies and you will be required any outstanding balance due.
Delinquent Accounts
Wittdo reserves the right to suspend the customers account if used for 6 months. Wittdo may choose, at its option, to let delinquent accounts remain active.
FOR BUSINESSES ONLY
Business Sponsor subscription Term
Agreements will be considered to be in effect until cancelled, a minimum 12 month subscription applies to all members. Annual Agreements will automatically renew unless cancelled.
Sponsorship Payment
All payments must be made in advance. Payment is expected via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), other methods if available may incur a small service charge (Cheques etc).
Sponsor Account Cancellation
You may cancel your account by sending an email, your cancellation request may take up to 14 days to process. No refunds will be issued on sponsorship monies. The minimum subscription Term applies and you will be required any outstanding balance due to ensure Wittdo can maintain it's service to users.
Delinquent Sponsor Business Accounts
Wittdo reserves the right to suspend the sponsors business account if not paid by the due date. Wittdo may choose, at its option, to let delinquent accounts remain active. The business will remain liable for subscription charges until the account is cancelled.
Wittdo Fair Usage Policy
Wittdo's policy towards Fair Usage is that Businesses should be able to use the service in an appropriate manner to meet their needs. However, a very small number of businesses use an excessive amount of the network bandwidth at peak times, to the extent that it can impair the performance of others.
Wittdo's Fair Usage Policy is designed to provide the most effective service to all Businesses and Users. The fair usage policy will identify the very small number of very heavy users. We will communicate with these users to try and establish what is driving the high usage and how individual usage patterns and habits can be modified to the benefit of all.
In extreme cases, Wittdo may be required to apply management techniques to reduce the impact the heavy users have of the service performance of others. Heavy users will be invited to become a Wittdo sponsor as part of our fair usage policy
